– 80/20 Prime Ground Beef: Perfect for juicy, flavorful burgers.
– Prime Bone-In Ribeye: A luxurious cut that adds a touch of elegance to any meal.
– St. Thomas Sausages: Famous for their unique blend of spices and flavors.

These premium meats are the foundation of our ultimate burger, ensuring that every bite is packed with rich, savory goodness.

Culinary Expertise from My Chefski

To elevate these premium ingredients, we called up the best chef in Indy, Chefski, a local culinary service known for its exceptional chef-prepared meals.  Chefski has crafted a mouthwatering burger recipe that showcases the best of what Kincaid’s Meat Market has to offer.

The Ultimate 4th of July Burger Recipe:

Ingredients:

– 1 lb Kincaid’s 80/20 Prime Ground Beef
– 5 Brioche Buns
– Cream Cheese Spread with Thai Basil, Garlic and Bombski!
– Sautéed Mushrooms
– Sautéed Onions

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Patties: Season the ground beef with Bombski special seasoning. Form into 5 equal-sized patties.
2. Grill the Patties: Preheat your charcoal grill to medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
3. Assemble the Burgers: Toast the brioche buns on the grill for a minute. Layer each bun with a burger patty, add the cream cheese smear and the “MO” that stands for Mushroom and Onions.
4. Serve and Enjoy: Serve these epic burgers with your favorite sides and enjoy the rave reviews from your guests!
